Last month SFPD Police Chief Derrick Lew revealed that over the span of a year nearly 300 searches of SF’s ALPR dataset were made by out-of-state and federal agencies. This story has been widely covered by local news. DeFlock SF has compiled a list of every agency that queried the city’s data from documents made available by the Police Commission. Agencies listed with local divisions below often appear again without a local division (e.x. “Deputy US Marshal” without a city name).
